Banner stands are dead easy to assemble when you know how. However, they can be a bit tricky if you are unsure (or slightly vertically challenged). Once you have pushed the pole into the slot, move away from the base, still holding the pole and tilting the stand as you do so. This will enable you to pull the graphic up to the top and slot it into position. Easy!
